Top rated self-storage company is searching for an assistant property manager(s) to join our team in the Austin, TX area. While we may not have immediate openings; we are always accepting applications for future opportunities. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation team, responsible for maximizing the rental potential of a self-storage facility location and oversee all aspects of storage transactions, customer service, rentals, record-keeping, and security. This individual will be responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store through general property maintenance, a strong desire to grow the business, through outside the box thinking, developing effective branding, and marketing strategies, a positive attitude that reflects a desire to exceed the highest level of customer service.
