• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Good hearing to work with customers and fellow employees and to work the drive-through when necessary.
• Good vision to observe store dynamics and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Honesty and assertiveness while being well-mannered.
• Attention to detail and ability to cope with pressure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of all operations within the restaurant.

• Perform accounting responsibilities and prepare reports for submission to the home office.

• Prioritize workload, serving customers first, then maintaining the dining room, and then maintaining the work area.
• Operate all kitchen equipment.
