About The Position

At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we don’t just wash cars, we build leaders. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s hungry for growth, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be the right hand to the Site General Manager. This isn’t a “support” role, it’s a command role. You’ll be the #2 at the site, driving culture, hitting performance goals, and running the operation when the Manager isn’t there. If you’ve got the energy, leadership skills, and ambition to one day be a Site General Manager, this is your path.

Requirements

• Someone who’s ready to be #2 now and #1 tomorrow (future Site GM).
• A clean-cut, energetic leader who motivates others and takes pride in their work.
• Customer-first mindset, you know how to make people feel valued.
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Not afraid of physical work, cleaning, or light maintenance, it’s part of the job.
• Tech-savvy enough to handle POS systems and troubleshoot small issues.
• Ambitious, coachable, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example, whether it’s coaching the team, stepping in for the GM, or keeping the site running smoothly.
• Driving performance, pushing membership sales, upsells, and creating a revenue-driven culture.
• Keeping things sharp, schedules, staffing, efficiency, and making sure every customer leaves happy.
• Rolling up your sleeves, cleaning, light maintenance, equipment checks, and solving problems on the fly.
• Living the Sparkle culture, positivity, accountability, professionalism, and pride in the brand.
