In this job position; you will help oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional food service and hospitality management. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team. Your skills in inventory control and POS systems will enhance operational efficiency. You will have a focus on customer service and communication, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.

  • 1 or more years Food Service Management required
  • Must consent to an MVR check
  • Must have open availability and/or the availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew
  • Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter
  • Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards
  • Perform kitchen maintenance, e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
  • Perform administrative duties, e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store plus addition clerical and tasks, etc.
  • Utilize core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team
  • Utilize skills in inventory control and POS systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Focus on customer service and communication to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
