Assist with smaller projects and special assignments Process and manage service requests- prioritizing tasks and assigning them to techs as needed Identify and resolve issues related to service requests and equipment failures Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Support Service Manager with budget, continuing education and apprentice reviews Update work orders, proposal reviews and billings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Two years+ of related experience in the industry is required
- Solid knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and repair procedures
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats
- Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Access, internal Rohde programs
