Requirements
- 2+ years automotive experience
- Service writing or sales experience
- Strong communication and leadership mindset
- Reliable, organized, and ready to grow
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Customer service + phone calls
- Write estimates and sell work
- Support basic services (oil, tires, maintenance)
- Help manage daily shop operations
- Keep the store organized and running smoothly
