About The Position

Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager, the assistant manager supports daily operations for his/her assigned department(s) including the delivery of safe/quality patient care and colleague support. The assistant manager models the commitment to Saint Francis Healthcare’s mission/vision/values.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in nursing - required
• Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required
• BLS - required
• NRP - required
• PALS - required within 6 months of start date
• Three (3) years NICU experience - required
