About The Position
As the Assistant Nurse Manager of our Level III NICU, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care to our tiniest patients. Working closely with the Patient Care Manager, you'll help lead a dedicated team of nurses and care professionals, foster a supportive work environment, and promote excellence in patient outcomes. Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing - required
- Nursing License in the state of Missouri - required
- BLS - required
- NRP - required
- PALS - required within 6 months of start date
- Three (3) years NICU experience- to provide a level of NICU specific experience to be able to clinically step in and assist and lead the team- required
