About The Position
This position is intended for CRMC-Belmont but you will remain in your current position until confirmed by manager of an appropriate date to allow for adequate orientation/training.## Job Summary:# Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates activities of an assigned nursing department.# Participates in the coordination of #patient care and departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division,#and departmental mission statement and values.
Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license).
- Two years progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital with outstanding leadership skills documented.
- Thorough knowledge of specialty nursing principles, methods, and technique.
- Able to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professional, and families.
- Considerable ability to manage, coach, and provide motivated environment.
- Current BCLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by specialty area.
