About The Position

Fleet Supply is looking for a motivated, dependable Assistant Manager to help support daily store operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a team succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in assisting customers, supporting the store manager, and helping guide the sales team. You'll be hands-on with the day-to-day flow of the store, from the sales floor to the stockroom, ensuring customers have a positive experience and the store runs smoothly.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and assist customers with product questions and purchases
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store organization
  • Direct and assist sales associates to ensure efficient workflow and strong customer service
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming merchandise
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floor
  • Help ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Step in as a leader on the floor and help problem-solve as needed
