The Assistant Manager at Regency Palms Apartments will support the Community Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a 200-unit apartment community. This role is crucial in maintaining stable occupancy, achieving financial goals, and fostering strong resident relations. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in training and motivating site personnel, ensuring a positive community environment.

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management
  • 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
