About The Position
The role involves trade capture, booking amendments, trade life cycle management, novations/assignments, reconciliation, and control/reporting activities within the business. The candidate will manage query remediation and day-to-day processing, ensuring timely escalation to minimize risk exposure. The position also requires enabling new business solutions and partnering to deliver strategic financial market initiatives, driving operational readiness, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve a seamless follow-the-sun model. The candidate will act as the face of operations to trading and sales desks, representing operations functions and building strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate efficient communication and speedy resolution of issues. The role includes being the subject matter expert for management information systems (MIS) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while adhering to operational risk framework standards.
