The Assistant Manager â Proposals & Estimating is responsible for the integrated oversight and coordination of both proposal development and estimating activities for Beta Engineering. This role ensures that proposals and estimates are developed accurately, competitively, and consistently with company commitments, strategic objectives, and customer requirements. The Assistant Manager provides leadership to Proposal Managers, Estimators, and related team members; drives process improvement; allocates resources effectively; and maintains strong coordination across sales, execution, and customer stakeholders.
