Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to attend or conduct production meetings as required.
Ability to build a successful team by building an environment of trust.
Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.
Ability to communicate effectively and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Leadership Training Courses.
RCRA certification (hazardous waste management) (Required for some positions).
DOT certification (Required for some positions).
608 Universal Refrigerant certification (Required for some positions).

Nice To Haves

3-5 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing role

Responsibilities

Coordinates and directs team members regarding the activities that need to be performed.
Oversees quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards.
Enforces safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Reviews and analyzes reporting results to identify areas for improvement.
Ensures work is completed according to priority, budget constraints, quality standards, and deadlines.
Manages inventory to ensure employees have all necessary materials, supplies, tools, and equipment parts.
Provides training and cross-training opportunities for employees to enhance skills and versatility.
Identifies and develops potential leaders within the team.
Evaluates employee performance and provides feedback on areas of strength and improvement.
Administers performance improvement plans as needed to address underperformance.
Maintains a satisfactory work attendance record and works cooperatively with others.
Collaborates with other departments to streamline workflows and optimize production processes.
