The Assistant Manager, Production and Outlet collaborates closely with retail store management to ensure the overall success of the Goodwill store operation. The primary focus of this position is meeting and exceeding production targets for both the retail store and outlet operations, ensuring that the highest quality of merchandise is graded and priced according to current quality and pricing guidelines. Success in this role will depend on the ability to effectively manage production processes, improve inventory turnover, and develop a high-performing team. Essential Functions: Provide training and on-the-job coaching to staff working in production and outlet areas. Ensure accurate production through routine camera audits and effective training. Responsible for ensuring all team members are producing quality items at the appropriate quantities by communicating with them and coaching them on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
