About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support the growth and execution of our hair care and color portfolio. In this role, you will contribute to product development, conduct competitive market research, coordinate cross-functional projects, and assist in driving go-to-market strategies. Job Description: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple product development projects, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to project timelines. Coordinate and facilitate communication among R&D, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Sales, and external vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation, preparing cost analyses, and monitoring project expenses to maintain profitability and operational efficiency. Support product lifecycle management, including concept validation, packaging development, testing coordination, and post-launch performance review. Evaluate product performance metrics (e.g., sales trends, consumer feedback, competitive benchmarking) and recommend improvements or line extensions based on insights. Conduct and interpret market research, identifying emerging trends, consumer needs, and opportunities to strengthen brand competitiveness. Prepare reports, presentations, and timelines for management review, ensuring transparency and progress tracking across teams. Contribute to product strategy discussions, offering insights rooted in market data and consumer behavior analysis. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage priorities and influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S): Chemistry
  • Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
