About The Position

The Assistant Photo License Center Manager at Goodwill Keystone Area is responsible for assisting in the management of all current and future photo license centers. This role involves coordinating with staff to ensure compliance with contracts related to Unique Source Products & Services. The Assistant Manager will also act as a liaison between Goodwill Keystone Area, Photo Centers, and Unique Source, ensuring that contract performance is met and corrective actions are taken as necessary.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of post-secondary education or specialized post high school education required.
• Two (2) to four (4) years of recent work experience in directing cleaning type operations in a supervisory capacity.
• Must pass a security clearance and be free of prior convictions.
• Must maintain a cell phone and be accessible to employees.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to work beyond normal schedule to ensure contract compliance.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientation, training, discipline, and termination of license technicians.
• Recognize and acknowledge positive performance of employees.
• Schedule employee hours to meet contract specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain time and attendance records and manage vacation leave.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for designated sites.
• Perform as a crew member as needed.
• Attend required training and fulfill requirements set by Unique Source.
• Ensure compliance with Unique Source contracts and maintain necessary documentation.
• Participate in project, department, and agency meetings.
• Promote workplace safety and monitor safety standards.
• Communicate progress, problems, and concerns to the Director of Business Services.
