Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and responsive reporting interfaces (Power BI or equivalent) to monitor KPIs related to vehicle throughput, port operations, and logistics performance
Build, optimize, and manage SQL queries and backend data processes to support reliable, scalable data storage and retrieval
Develop user-friendly data tools and web-based components that improve accessibility, usability, and cross-device consistency
Integrate data from multiple systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms to support analytics and operational workflows
Use Python and notebooks for data exploration, visualization, automation, and analytical prototyping
Conduct trend, variance, and root cause analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Build and refine predictive models (e.g., regression, classification) to support forecasting and risk identification
Automate recurring reporting and data workflows to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
Implement AI-assisted or automation features that accelerate reporting, content generation, or UI development
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and operational stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver production-ready solutions
Translate analytical findings into clear, user-focused insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
Document data workflows, system logic, and development processes to support knowledge sharing and scalability
Optimize dashboard and application performance by improving query efficiency, load times, and refresh processes
Implement role-based access considerations and data security best practices within analytics tools and reporting environments
Participate in usability testing and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve interface design and workflow efficiency
Develop reusable components, templates, or scripts to standardize development and accelerate future analytics tool delivery
