Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Availability for both daytime and nighttime shifts is necessary.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in operating the restaurant to achieve corporate profit objectives.
• Provide guest satisfaction and maintain a friendly work environment for team members.
• Create a fun, productive, and respectful culture within the restaurant.
• Ensure the highest level of hospitality and service is provided to guests as the Manager on Duty.
• Comply with established food standards, quality, preparation, and production.
• Maintain compliance with guest relations, labor costs, and restaurant safety and sanitation standards.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records, team member schedules, and financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to company operational procedures in the dining room, service area, and kitchen.
• Present specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to company expectations.
• Make decisions regarding team member assignments, purchases, and disciplinary actions.
