About The Position
The position involves driving and achieving profit, sales, and performance goals in accordance with National Vision standards. The role requires monitoring sales results against budgeted figures and ensuring that all store associates provide the highest level of customer service. Additionally, the position entails maintaining awareness of same-day service through the use of a production board, communicating with the General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office, and providing necessary store reporting. The individual will also develop and maintain a good working relationship with associated doctors, ensuring that store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising are effectively implemented and communicated to all associates and doctors. Supervising and motivating Optician/Sales Associates, assisting the General Manager with staffing, and motivating associates to exceed performance standards are also key responsibilities.
