About The Position

The Assistant Manager of Store Operations at Hy-Vee is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees to ensure that customer needs are met. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • One year or more of retail experience, including performing the duties of an Assistant Manager.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
  • Ability to perform arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide and direct employees.
