About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Address guest complaints and feedback regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
