About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• The required skills for this position include strong leadership abilities, which are essential for guiding and motivating the housekeeping team.
• Attention to detail is crucial, as the supervisor must ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with both staff and guests, addressing concerns, and providing feedback.
• Time management skills will be utilized to prioritize tasks and ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently within the designated time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, will enhance the supervisor's ability to maintain adequate supplies and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Address guest complaints and feedback regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
