About The Position
The Assistant Manager of Health Insurance Enrollment will play a crucial role in assisting New York residents with enrolling in the NY State of Health Insurance Marketplace. This position involves educating the public about the Marketplace, managing a team of Benefits Navigators, and ensuring the achievement of contractual goals. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training new staff, managing partnerships, and compiling reports to track progress and client satisfaction.
