About The Position

The Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage is responsible for delivering the brand promise across the resort and F&B restaurant. Serving as a guest advocate and advisor to senior leadership, this role oversees the F&B operations. Success is measured by guest satisfaction through onsite and post-stay survey responses.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma or GED required; four-year college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing service or hospitality experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • Life Safety certification

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, coach, and schedule assigned team members; develop PDPs, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to support Brandhearted guest engagement. Foster a culture of learning and performance development.
  • Analyze and recommend staffing levels, performance targets, and resource allocations to drive results. Assist with engagement plans, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrate Brandhearted leadership by centering the brand in all business decisions. Use guest feedback to build relationships and improve satisfaction. Ensure guest, VIP, and repeat visitor requests are fulfilled.
  • Promote a brand-driven culture where team members understand their roles and are inspired to uphold guest experience standards. Balance budget goals with team, individual, and brand success.
  • Assist in managing the daily execution of pre-defined activities and entertainment strategies. Ensure consistent delivery of guest engagement standards and family-friendly experiences.
  • Execute programs and policies that maintain a safe, secure environment for guests, team members, and resort assets, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain compliance and partnership with third-party vendors, including contracts, performance standards, and inspections.
  • Assist with departmental budget development and resource allocation. Operate departments within established budget guidelines.
