About The Position

New Moon Pizza, LLC is a Domino's franchise operating stores in the Decatur Georgia region. We are looking for talented, motivated Team Members that want to work as a Team with focus on Customer Service, Quality Products and a strong Community Presence. The Assistant Manager Non-Driving is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Front-Line Team Members and Delivery Drivers (except delivery/driving).
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer's viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
