The role includes teaching, coaching, and providing leadership to the store crew members, maximizing store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality, overseeing daily operations, and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. The Assistant Manager will also share responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver License.
