About The Position
The Assistant Store Manager position at Serv-U-Success is a full-time, night shift role that requires experience as a reset merchandiser. The position involves leading projects including resets and remodels, as well as general service. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to develop a high-performance team by providing necessary tools and training. New hires will participate in a training program at another store location, working alongside a peer mentor. This position may qualify for mileage reimbursement during the training period.
