Requirements

• At least 1 year of salaried management experience
• Open availability (weekends, early mornings, late evenings)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Dependability and a team-first attitude
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Be on the floor 80-90% of the time—making subs, running the line, supporting the team
• Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)
• Help manage schedules, inventory, hiring, and training
• Step in for the GM when needed
• Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Follow food safety and health code standards
