The Assistant Manager, Merchandising will manage overall store operations and the achievement of company goals and directives. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring a positive work environment, overseeing store operations, managing inventory and merchandising, and leading the team in the absence of the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training and developing associates, maintaining store standards, and implementing company policies and procedures.
