About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Marketing (Celebrity) at Revlon will be an integral part of the Fragrances marketing team, focusing on end-to-end marketing functions. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative skills to support the Manager in developing strategies that enhance the fragrance business. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in fragrance, beauty, and/or personal care categories is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Essential project management skills with extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint).

Responsibilities

  • Own performance tracking, reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the assigned segment.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of innovation and seasonal promotional programs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and execution of a 3-year innovation pipeline and annual marketing plans.
  • Support in building retailer meeting decks and coordinating needs for retailer meetings.
  • Track vendor invoices for monthly budget reconciliation and assist with forecasting builds.
  • Collaborate with sales, trade, and demand planning partners to develop support plans and ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and support as needed, including preparing and tracking various reports.
