The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Director in daily operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional guest service. This leader must be results-oriented, organized, energetic, and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The role requires knowledge of: The Woodhouse Way: brand standards, vocabulary, and protocols Service menu Product knowledge Opening/closing procedures Scheduling and inventory management Spa management software (Meevo, Zenoti, etc.) This position directly supervises the Front Desk Team and assists in hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
