Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing restaurant operations, in partnership with or in the General Manager's absence. You'll support the company by maintaining an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, on-the-spot feedback, training & development. Our focus is always on a positive workplace culture that consistently delivers excellent service and food quality while ensuring compliance with Brand standards & policies, procedures, image standards, sanitation and regulatory requirements. This all starts with you Leading by Example. You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example following all policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
