About The Position

As a Assistant Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. Your work will involve M&A activities from a tax perspective, including transaction structuring, preparing integration schemes, and coordinating with various teams. You will also be responsible for outbound and inbound structuring, corporate and group restructuring, direct tax due diligence, and business development. The role requires a strong understanding of tax and regulatory laws, including the Income-tax Act, Companies Act, and others.
