The Assistant Manager of Lift Maintenance at Mad River Mountain will provide leadership, management,and direction to the Lift Maintenance department. Together with the Mountain Operations leadership team, this position will help ensure the overall success of the mountain in terms of daily operations, staff development, and future on-mountain planning and strategies that will drive our safety culture, as well as guest and employee satisfaction. The Assistant Manager of Lift Maintenance will oversee our Lift Mechanical staff, ropeway systems, and conveyors. They will also play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment. Training, ordering, inventory management, and coordinating with various departments are also important aspects of this position. Our Lift Maintenance department is a strong team of mechanics of different levels and support staff.
