About The Position

Our team creates a welcoming environment in our 1:1 training suites, where clients are empowered to take back their health so they can have the energy to do what they love.Fitness Together is looking for an energetic, organized and hardworking individual to join our team. We seeking not only a Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching, but someone who is a leader, and willing to learn our sales process.

Requirements

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
• Certification (NASM, ACSM, or similar level of certification)
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• 1 year of personal training and program design experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment
• Must have the emotional stamina to be “at your best” with each client
• Ability to motivate and coach clients, in order to ensure continuous progress
• Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal)
