We are looking for someone who has multiple years experience cooking commercially (beyond fast food), LOVES to cook, LOVES great food, can LEAD the team on their shift and who will DRIVE cleanliness to the next level. Our ideal candidate has multiple years experience leading a kitchen team, is extremely coachable, can help us ELEVATE every meal we serve and will be committed to continually improving what we do every single day. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious, delicious meals for residents
- Lead and train kitchen team members with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Help plan menus and improve recipes to elevate the dining experience
- Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
