Assistant Manager in Training / Personal Trainer
About The Position
To establish, coordinate, and administer all phases of operation within the InMotion wellness studio. The General Manager will be responsible for the coordination and administration of financial planning, budget development, profit and loss statements, and hiring of all personnel. The day-to-day operations of all sales, scheduling, training, studio maintenance, and member satisfaction are the main focal points of responsibility. About InMotion Wellness Studio InMotion Wellness Studio is the fastest-growing assisted stretching studio in the country. InMotion Wellness Studio provides Assisted Motion and Recovery Therapy. It's a series of one-on-one services and stretches that are custom-tailored to each client's needs. These customized assisted-stretch sessions improve posture, range of motion, and circulation while reducing muscle and joint pain. It's like personal training but for stretching. Requirements

- Able to communicate clearly.
Nice To Haves
- Experience and/or education in kinesiology/exercise science is preferred.
- Previous management experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the ownership is operating according to the overall philosophy.
- Responsible for the financial success of the studio.
- Meet and exceed sales goals as directed by leadership.
- Responsible for meeting daily appointment goals as directed by leadership.
- Have an intimate knowledge of studio goals and projections.
- Oversee the direction and success of the staff.
- Develop Staffing plans.
