About The Position

Domino’s is hiring an Assistant Manager in Training! In this role, you will be responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. We want you to grow and win with us; after all, most of our store owners started as delivery drivers and pizza makers in stores.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Help with basic operations procedures
  • Experience in employee development
  • Ability to coach team members and follow food safety protocols
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
