We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions, day-to-day activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Assistant Manager will also help with merchandise management, processing corporate directives, maintaining store displays, ordering merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention. A key aspect of the role is maintaining store cleanliness and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed, including safety guidelines. The position also involves supporting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
