We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Store Manager will also maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention. The position requires maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, and helping the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates. The role also includes ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
