We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering and record keeping, ensure store cleanliness and organization, protect company assets, and adhere to policies and procedures. A key part of the role is to help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. The position requires maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. As a manager, you may be required by the local jurisdiction to provide certain detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages / tobacco products, and failure to comply or qualify can lead to demotion or separation of employment.
