We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits, and receipts), and loss prevention. Key responsibilities include maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. The position also supports the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates and is responsible for maintaining overall store cleanliness.
