We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention. They are responsible for maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and procedures including safety guidelines, and ensuring all store associates follow company policies. Furthermore, the role includes helping the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
