We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits, and receipts), and loss prevention. Key responsibilities include maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and safety guidelines, and ensuring all store associates follow procedures. The position also involves helping the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintaining overall store cleanliness.
