We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, process damaged goods, handle record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits and receipts), and support loss prevention. Responsibilities include maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring all store associates follow policies. The position also involves assisting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and maintaining store cleanliness.
