We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager will also maintain promotional displays, assist with ordering merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits and receipts), and loss prevention. Maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, and adhering to policies and safety guidelines are also key responsibilities. The position supports the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Additionally, the role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store.
