We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This position involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive, approachable manner, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The Assistant Store Manager will help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained. Additional responsibilities include performing opening and closing procedures, processing all corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, assisting in ordering merchandise, and maintaining areas of the store to company standards. The role also involves protecting and securing all company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising and training Store Associates, and ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
