We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This position involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive, approachable manner, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. The Assistant Store Manager will help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed and ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained. Responsibilities also include performing opening and closing procedures, processing all corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays, and assisting in ordering merchandise. The role requires maintaining areas of the store to company standards, protecting and securing all company assets, and adhering to policies and procedures including safety guidelines. The Assistant Store Manager will help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness throughout the store and performing other tasks as assigned.
