We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. This role involves assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive and approachable manner, and addressing their questions or concerns. The Assistant Store Manager will also assist with organizing and transferring merchandise, maintaining seasonal areas, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. Responsibilities include maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering merchandise, record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits/receipts), and loss prevention. The position requires maintaining store areas to company standards, protecting company assets, adhering to policies and safety guidelines, and ensuring associates follow procedures. The Assistant Store Manager will help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
