We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development. The role involves assisting with various store functions and day-to-day activities, including customer service, merchandise organization and transfer, performing opening and closing procedures, and processing corporate directives. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and record keeping (payroll, scheduling, cash register deposits), loss prevention, and ensuring store cleanliness and standards. A key aspect of the role is to help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates, fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
